Melissa Webb, LCSW, Clinic Owner

Melissa Webb is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, owning Red Rock Psychological Health in Nevada and Chimney Rock Psychological Health in Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with several degrees in Social Work (Bachelor's 2004 & Master's 2006). Melissa utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among other modalities, to treat sexual addiction, fetishes, problematic sexual behavior, and trauma over the lifespan. In 2022, she was selected as a “40 Under 40” winner; an award that highlights forty young professionals that made an impact in their field. In that same year, she was honored by the Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) with the title of “Fellow,” and in 2025, she was presented with the prestigious Gail Burns Award by the National Sexual Violence Resource Center. Melissa strives to make the clinic comfortable and welcoming for all, as she is aware that the first step is often the most difficult. Her open mindset and unique approach serve her well as a speaker and educator.

Brittany Bowden, LCSW, Clinical Director

Brittany Bowden, LCSW, Clinical Director

Brittany Bowden serves as the Clinical Director for RRPH and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Brittany is an Agency Field Instructor with multiple universities, including UNLV and UNR. She is a clinical member of the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse. Brittany's early career focused on providing therapy for children and families in the foster care system, and through this work, developed a passion for treating both victims and perpetrators of abuse. She is motivated to solve problems and keeps the clinic running smoothly and ethically.

Brittany Robinson, LCSW

Brittany Robinson, LCSW

Brittany Robinson is a Forensic Evaluator and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Reno, and her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Brittany is a member of NASW - The National Association of Social Workers and ATSA - The Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse. In her early career, she provided therapy for both adults and juveniles who perpetrated or were affected by abuse. Brittany now conducts court-ordered psychosexual evaluations with compassion and care.

Brooklyn Kneip, LCSW

Brooklyn Kneip, LCSW

Brooklyn Kneip is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Southern Indiana. Brooklyn is also a LCSW Supervisor for the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers, an Agency Field Instructor for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a member of the Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse. She specializes in treating those affected by sexual abuse, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She provides therapy across the lifespan, from age five to geriatric. She was awarded as UNLV's AFI of the Year in 2015.

Danielle Zuber, LCSW

Danielle Zuber is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor's degree in Spanish and her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota. She has post-graduate training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and specializes in treating victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Danielle is a clinical member of ATSA - The Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse and provides services in both English and Spanish. She provides individual therapy via telehealth.

Steven Archer, LCSW

Steven Archer, LCSW

Steven Archer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2012 and his Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015. He specializes in treating sexual behavior problems, anxiety symptoms, and depressive disorders utilizing EMDR and Mindfulness modalities. Steven is a clinical member of ATSA - The Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse and works with both victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse in a kind and compassionate manner. He is also a Board Licensed Intern Supervisor for the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers and is an Agency Field Instructor for multiple universities. He is skilled at letting clients take their time, feel safe, and process trauma at their own speed.

Eric Mason, LCSW

Eric Mason, LCSW

Eric Mason is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada, a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Iowa, and a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor degree in Addiction Studies from Nevada State College, a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New England, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. He excels in treating clients with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, as well as those in the criminal justice/family court systems. He is passionate about being a safe space for LGBTQA+ individuals and families. Eric treats both juvenile and adult clients, is a member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, and is certified in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) addressing anti-social behavior. He provides services via telehealth.

Laura Minor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a forensic evaluator. Before obtaining her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, Laura received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Bowling Green State University and her Master’s degree in English and American Literature from New York University. Laura is passionate about the utilization of mindfulness and compassion-focused techniques, as well as adapting treatment modalities to meet each client’s current needs and preferences. Laura is an active member of the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse, and of the National Association of Social Workers. She is a focused and warm telehealth practitioner in both Nevada and California.

Dr. Ivet Aldaba (Valera), LCSW

Dr. Ivet Aldaba (Valera), LCSW

Dr. Ivet Aldaba is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is a Mexican American first-generation college graduate who earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Services Counseling, minoring in Communication Studies, her Master's degree in Social Work, and her Doctorate degree in Public Policy from UNLV. Dr. Aldaba serves as a lecturer with the UNLV School of Social Work and is a trauma-informed yoga specialist.  Dr. Aldaba utilizes EMDR and an empowerment approach when working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. She is a board member for the National Association of Social Workers-Nevada Chapter and for a local non-profit, Nevada Youth Network. Dr. Aldaba has been recognized for her local activism and community work. She provides therapy services in both English and Spanish.

Hannah Weithofer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Social Work, she continued on to receive her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Hannah believes in tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s specific needs, providing a beneficial, effective, and enjoyable experience. Hannah utilizes a compassionate and client centered approach to treat those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. She is a member of ATSA and shows empathy to all populations.

Amanda Fantaro is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. Amanda has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and those of advanced age. She enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds and utilizes a trauma-focused and cognitive-behavioral approach. Amanda is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse. She is organized, kind, and adaptable, making sessions comfortable for all.

April Blonien, LCSW, Clinical Program Lead

April Blonien is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her Social Work Master's Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is a Certified TraumaPlay™ clinician who specializes in treating complex trauma and early attachment wounds for families and children, aged three and up. April utilizes EMDR and incorporates Child-Centered Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and other evidence-based treatment modalities into her practice. As a board member for the Nevada Association for Play Therapy, she is also in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist, underscoring her dedication to working with children and their families. April provides therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for a diverse range of clients.

Taryn Hicks, LCSW

Taryn Hicks is a Licensed Clinical Social Work who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and then continued on to receive her Master's Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Taryn utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) when treating survivors and perpertrators of sexual abuse. Taryn is experienced working with individuals who are in crisis and with those wanting to improve their self-esteem, depression, and anxiety through Mindfulness Meditation. Taryn works with clients from all backgrounds and is passionate about incorporating their cultural needs into practice.

Hayley Mattio is a board-licensed Clinical Social Work Intern. Ron Peretz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his Master’s degree in Social Work. Ron enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds and has a passion for making therapy an enriching experience. Ron utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) when treating clients, including survivors and perpetrators of sexual abuse. He is skilled at using a strengths-based, client centered approach when treating trauma, depression, and anxiety symptoms. Ron fosters a safe space to encourage personal growth– while also having fun.

Devin LaSalle is a board-licensed Clinical Social Work Intern. Devin graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with his Bachelor's Degree in Arts of Sociology and then graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with his Masters degree in Social Work. Devin is skilled at helping clients identify, develop, and access their individual strengths. He is certified in administering and interpreting ABEL and ABID Evaluations, as these assessments assist clients in understanding their sexual interests and behaviors. Devin is passionate about reducing the stigmas associated with mental health treatment and believes in creating a therapeutic environment that is rooted in dignity and mutual respect.

Ayse Dulger is a board-licensed Clinical Social Work Intern. Ayse earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2011, followed by her Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Istanbul Halic University. With over ten years of forensic and clinical experience in Turkey, she returned to her education and completed another Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Throughout her career, she has enriched her skills with various specialized training programs, including EMDR, CBT, and Schema Therapy. Ayse is passionate about utilizing a strengths-based, client-centered approach in her practice, addressing a wide range of issues, and empowering clients to overcome their challenges. She provides therapy in both English and Turkish.

Jordan Murphey is a board- licensed Clinical Professional Counseling Intern who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health at the University of Nevada, Reno and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Jordan utilizes a client-centered approach and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support clients working toward their goals at their own pace. Jordan is approachable and empathetic, making it easy for adolescents and adults to feel safe and process their emotions. Jordan is a member of the American Counseling Association.

Kiana Mitchell is a board-licensed Clinical Social Work Intern and is a first-generation college graduate, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwestern State University and her Masters of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University. Using a client centered approach, Kiana incorporates mindfulness, "parts work", and trauma sensitivity into her practice. For clients that require a safe space to experience creative expression, Kiana is both effective and personable. She is passionate about tailoring treatment to meet clients' needs, is an ATSA member, and especially enjoys working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and clients 14+.

Kimberly Marx is a board-licensed Clinical Social Work Intern with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She creates a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and emotions at their own pace. Drawing from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, she helps individuals heal from trauma, foster resilience, and reconnect with their values. Kimberly is especially passionate about guiding clients through grief, intimate partner betrayal, and problematic pornography use—offering support through life’s most painful and isolating moments. She is a member of the The Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse and is currently training to become a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.

Jason "JD" Ogle is a board-licensed Clinical Social Work Intern who earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he focused on trauma and addiction across diverse populations. JD provides individual, family, and group therapy to clients impacted by complex trauma, substance use, and criminal justice involvement. He is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. JD integrates mindfulness-based strategies into much of his practice in order to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and long-term healing. JD is committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care rooted in client strength and resilience.

Matthew Cao, CSW-Intern

Matthew Cao, CSW-Intern

Matthew Cao is a board-licensed Clinical Social Work Intern, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His main focus is creating a space where clients are welcome and supported, especially during times of difficult transitions. Utilizing both Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy, he creates a fun environment that encourages clients to learn more about themselves. Matthew is experienced in working with children and teens on the autism spectrum, is passionate about the treatment process, and works diligently to ensure the best possible care for all clients.
