Melissa Webb, LCSW, Clinical Director
Melissa Webb is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Clinical Director for Red Rock Psychological Health. She graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a minor in Psychology, and with a Bachelor's (2004) & Master's Degree (2006) in Social Work. Melissa is proud to be a Board Member for the Southern NV Children’s Advocacy Center, a State Supervisor for the NV Board of Examiners, and an Agency Field Instructor for multiple universities (UNLV, UNR, USC, Baylor, George Washington, Troy, ASU). She utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR for her specialization in treating sexual addiction, problematic sexual fetishes, sexual offense recidivism, and abuse/trauma. In 2022, she was selected as a “40 Under 40” winner; an award that highlights forty young professionals that made an impact in their field. Melissa was also honored in 2022 by the Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse with the title of “Fellow.” She strives to make the clinic comfortable and welcoming because she believes change is possible for all.
Brittany Bowden, LCSW, Acting Clinical Director
Brittany Bowden is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Brittany is an Agency Field Instructor with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abuse. She treats children and families in the foster care system and through this work, developed a passion for working with both victims and perpetrators of abuse.
Brittany Robinson, LCSW
Brittany Robinson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Reno, and her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although she sees clients with a variety of issues, she focuses on counseling victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse, and she particularly enjoys working with both youth and geriatric clients. She is a member of NASW -- National Association of Social Workers and ATSA -- The Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse.
Brooklyn Kneip, LCSW
Brooklyn Kneip is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Southern Indiana in 2004. Brooklyn is also a LCSW Supervisor for the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers, an Agency Field Instructor for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a member of the Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse. She specializes in sexual abuse (victims and perpetrators), mood disorders, and personality disorders. Brooklyn provides treatment for children ages 5 years old to geriatrics.
Danielle Zuber, LCSW
Danielle Zuber is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor's degree in Spanish and her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota. She has post-graduate training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and specializes in treating victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Danielle is a clinical member of ATSA - The Association for Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse and provides services in both English and Spanish. She provides individual therapy via telehealth.
Steven Archer, LCSW
Steven Archer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2012 and his Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015. He specializes in treating sexual behavior problems, anxiety symptoms, and depressive disorders utilizing EMDR and Mindfulness modalities. Steven is a clinical member of ATSA - The Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse and works with both victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse in a kind and compassionate manner.
Eric Mason, LCSW
Eric Mason is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor degree in Addiction Studies from Nevada State College, a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New England, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. He specializes in treating substance abuse needs, co-occurring disorders, individuals in the criminal justice system, and working with LGBTQA+ individuals and families. Eric treats both juvenile and adult clients, and is a member of the NADCP, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, and is certified in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) addressing anti-social behavior.
Laura Minor, LCSW, Forensic Clinical Manager
Laura Minor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Before obtaining her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, Laura received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Bowling Green State University and her Master’s degree in English and American literature from New York University. Laura is passionate about the utilization of mindfulness and compassion-focused techniques for both individual and group therapy, as well as adapting treatment modalities to meet each client’s current needs and preferences. Laura is an active member of ATSA, the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse, and of the NASW, the National Association of Social Workers.
Dr. Ivet Aldaba (Valera), LCSW
Dr. Ivet Aldaba is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is a Mexican American first-generation college graduate who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Counseling with a minor in Communication Studies, a Master's Degree in Social Work, and a Doctorate Degree in Public Policy from UNLV. Dr. Aldaba also serves as a lecturer with the UNLV School of Social Work. She is a trauma-informed yoga specialist who utilizes a trauma-focused and empowerment approach when working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Dr. Aldaba is a board member of the National Association of Social Workers-Nevada chapter and local non-profit, Nevada Youth Network. She is fluent in Spanish and provides EMDR and therapy services in both English and Spanish.
Hannah Weithofer, LCSW
Hannah Weithofer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After receiving a Bachelors Degree in Social Work she continued on to receive her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Hannah believes in tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s specific needs to provide the most beneficial, effective, and enjoyable experience possible. Hannah utilizes a compassionate and client centered approach to treat individuals who are perpetrators and survivors of sexual abuse, as well as those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. She is also a member of ATSA.
Amanda Fantaro, LCSW
Amanda Fantaro is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. Amanda has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds and utilizes a trauma-focused and cognitive-behavioral approach. Amanda is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA).
April Blonien, LCSW, Clinical Program Lead
April Blonien, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in treating complex trauma and early attachment wounds in children aged three and up, as well as their families. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her Master's Degree from the Advanced Standing Social Work program at the University of Nevada, Reno. April is a Certified TraumaPlay™ therapist, specializing in this modality to address complex trauma cases. She is currently working towards her EMDR certification and is trained to utilize this approach with children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, April incorporates Child-Centered Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and other evidence-based treatment modalities in her practice. As a board member of the Nevada Association for Play Therapy, April is actively engaged in advancing the field of play therapy. She is also in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist, underscoring her dedication to working with children and their families. April provides therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for a diverse range of clients.
Taryn Hicks, CSW-Intern
Taryn Hicks is a Clinical Social Work Intern who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and then continued on to receive her Master's Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Taryn utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) when treating survivors and perpertrators of sexual abuse. Taryn is experienced working with individuals who are in crisis and with those wanting to improve their self-esteem, depression, and anxiety through Mindfulness Meditation. Taryn works with clients from all backgrounds and is passionate about incorporating their cultural needs into practice.
Jacob Stockwell, LCSW
Jacob Stockwell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and then continued on to receive his Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno. Jacob enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults from all backgrounds. He specializes within the geek culture as a Therapeutic Game Master and is working towards his certification as a Certified Geek Therapist. He is skilled at utilizing an Acceptance and Commitment therapeutic based modalities with a Client-Centered Approach.

Hayley Mattio is a board licensed Clinical Social Work Intern. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work. Hayley enjoys working with people from all backgrounds and has a passion for treating children and families involved with the foster care system. Ron Peretz is a board licensed Clinical Social Work Intern. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his Master’s degree in Social Work. Ron loves working with people from all backgrounds and has a passion for making therapy an enriching experience. Ron utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) when treating survivors and perpetrators of sexual abuse. He is skilled in using a strengths-based, client centered approach when treating clients with trauma, depression, and anxiety. He believes in fostering a safe space where people can grow and become their best selves – while also having fun.
Devin LaSalle, CSW-Intern
Devin LaSalle is a board licensed Clinical Social Work Intern. Devin graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and completed his Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Reno in 2023. Devin has a passion for reducing the stigmas associated with mental health treatment and believes in creating a therapeutic environment that is rooted in dignity and mutual respect. He is skilled at assisting clients in identifying and accessing their individual strengths.
Ayse Dulger, CSW-Intern
Ayse Suna Dulger is a Clinical Social Work Intern. Ayse earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Istanbul Halic University. With over ten years of forensic and clinical experience in Turkey, she pursued her passion for social work and mental health and completed her second Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has enriched her skills throughout her career with various specialized training programs, including EMDR, CBT, and Schema Therapy. Ayse is passionate about utilizing a strengths-based, client-centered approach in her practice, addressing a wide range of issues and empowering clients to overcome their challenges.
