MSW PRACTICUM

Our MSW student practicum goes beyond shadowing and observation. At Red Rock Psychological Health, students are an integral part of our clinical team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

Here's what you'll gain:

• Direct clinical involvement: Work alongside experienced clinicians, shadow interventions, and actively manage groups and cases.

• Essential professional skills: Master electronic health record systems, perfect clinical documentation, and become proficient in outpatient clinical policies and procedures.

CLINICAL INTERNSHIP SUPERVISION

Red Rock Psychological Health provides a supportive, rewarding, and fun experience for Clinical Social Worker Interns, Marriage and Family Therapist Interns, and Clinical Professional Counselor Interns to successfully complete their requirements for licensure. Our agency is an approved Clinical Internship site by the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers and we have several excellent board approved Clinical Supervisors on staff. We offer comprehensive training, expert supervision, and the necessary clinical and administrative hours you need to ensure you're fully prepared for your career as a fully licensed therapist.

• Clinical supervision: Receive expert, personalized supervision from experienced clinical supervisors with specialized training.

• Specialized training and treatment: Get comprehensive training to enhance your skills, including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and more to enhance your interventions in providing mental health assessments, and individual, group, and family therapy.
